Why is the bridge saddle different in electric and acoustic guitars?
The 6 strings at the bridge saddle for the acoustic guitar are lined up in straight row, but on an electric guitar the first 3 strings are lined up separately from the last 3 strings. Why is the bridge saddle alignment different for acoustic and electric guitars? And why don't any acoustic guitars have intonation adjusts for each string like the electric guitars?
You are incorrect. At least on good acoustic guitars the saddle is always intonated. Lowden guitars even come with a split saddle:
