How do I deal with string noise on high gain?

Hi. I use an LTD M-100FM with a Beta Aivin BM-6. On high gain, hitting random strings by mistake can be disastrous. I have fine technique, but I often sound an open string while bending a note on the guitar. That sort of ruined my first gig. I also have another problem.
whoops. No other problems. I just typed that by mistake.
The pickups are fine and its not humming. While bending, I often nudge another string over gently. That creates problems. How do I solve that?

Keep the strings muted with your right hand when you bend. Nudging string while bending is a natural occurence. It would be crazy to think otherwise. Noise gate might help.
